At Harper Floors, we stand behind the quality of our premium flooring and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home renovation. We accept returns on unopened, full-carton merchandise to help you achieve the perfect finish for your space.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure all flooring cartons are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely palletized to prevent damage during transit back to our distribution center.
Ship to Warehouse
Arrange for freight pickup using our preferred carriers or your own insured provider, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the shipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
